A rather rare independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Knockdhu distillery, who release their whisky under the name of anCnoc. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled 6 years later in 2016 by Càrn Mòr. This release was drawn from 2 hogsheads, resulting in 797 bottles.
Light vanilla and citrus, with honey coming through too.
Banana, more lemon, grass and a hint of toffee.
Cooking spice develops later on.
