A single cask Knockdhu, better known by most as AnCnoc, matured in a second-fill oloroso sherry butt and bottled at a punchy 56.9% ABV. A rare chance to see this distillery’s spirit flex at full strength.
Baked apricots and dark sugar, red liquorice, cinnamon sticks, and dried rose petals.
Chewy fruitcake, blood orange, toasted walnut, and hints of cherry liqueur.
Long and fruity with drying spice, cocoa husk, and lingering sweet malt.
