This expression from the anCnoc Peaty collection was originally released for the Travel Retail Market - smoky anCnoc is spreading across the globe! As with past released from the range, this one also takes its name from from traditional parts of the peat harvesting process. Rùdhan relates to the part of the process where the peat is stacked for weeks to allow it to dry out.
