Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lots of orchard fruit on the nose (something of a signature for anCnoc). Soon joined by sweet, creamy vanilla.

Palate: Apple and orange stay at the fore, backed up by continued bourbon-cask vanillas and a touch of cooking spice.

Finish: Quite long and chocolatey.

Very sweet and at the same time pleasantly sour right out the bottle. Fresh fruity nose reminds me classic Glenfidich 12. Amazingly good, unique and very well balanced NAS whisky. You definitley gotta try.
