The smoky side of Knockdhu distillery's anCnoc single malt. This peated edition spent a decade maturing in American oak bourbon casks, bringing waves of sweet honey and vanilla to the campfire smoke at its core.
Grassy malt is cushioned by layers of sweet bonfire smoke and honey barbecue sauce.
Crisp green apples, earthy vanilla, flamed orange, and smoked caramel, with gentle peat throughout.
Oak char, woody smoke and spice, and runny honey.
