Description

Signatory gives Knockando a turn in the spotlight with this 15-year-old single malt from its Cask Strength Collection. Distilled on 22 October 2010, it was finished in first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead number 6 before bottling on 5 June 2026. Just 343 bottles were filled at 54.4% ABV.

Ripe pear and baked apple, with honeyed malt, raisins and orange peel. Vanilla and toasted nuts follow.

Palate

Rounded and substantial, with dried fruit, caramel and dark chocolate. Fruity malt sweetness sits beneath cinnamon and gentle oak.
