Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon is an utter classic small batch whiskey from Jim Beam, first created by Booker Noe and introduced in 1992. It was named after the creek which flows near where Abraham Lincoln grew up.
Quite spicy and sweet. Melted salty butter on granary toast, toasty oak and a touch of rye with caramel sweetness.
Peppy and full. Notes of candy floss and nut oil, a touch of spice and dark chocolate, a little spice and charred oak.
Long with a touch of dryness, nut oils and vanilla spice.

The best bourbon I have tried and I have tried many, intense flavour with all the notes I enjoy in a good bourbon, I admit I tried this a few years ago and didn't get the hype, after sampling many lessor bourbons in the interim I finally appreciate this master class in bourbon distilling.
Beautiful drink. Drank my way thru the bottle over a long Saturday and some how ended in a gentlemans club. Paid for a private dance and things started getting frisky with the dancer. Some how ended up dicking her down, stupid bint could of mentioned she had kids. She was looser than a prozzy on yay. But alls good cause she will be havin another kid now an no way im paying child support.

Intense and deep flavour, sweet but not overpoweringly so. A great Bourbon!
