Kininvie continues to release their single malt under their name, much to the joy of curious whisky enthusiasts everywhere. This is the third batch of Kininvie, a 23 year old single malt which was matured in a combination of Sherry and bourbon casks before being bottled at 42.6% ABV. Good helpings of honey, dried fruit, zesty orange and oak spice notes to be had with this one.

Honeydew melon and tangy gooseberry, with biscuity malt and a whiff of old oak furniture developing. A hint of cut grass, too.
Granary toast with marmalade, honeyed barley, Williams pear, anise and cinnamon spiciness.
Whispers of vanilla pod, clementine, and dry oak.
