
A single cask release from the Lowlands-based Kingsbarns distillery. Distilled from Fife barley, this single malt spent six years maturing in a sherry butt, yielding a total outturn of 870 bottles. The distillery was only founded in 2014, so this is a great chance to discover what it's been up to in its first decade.
Dense layers of spice, sultanas, cocoa, and biscuity malt.
Jammy stone fruits, ginger loaf, and rich berries ride upon waves of toasted oak and vanilla.
A touch of earthy spice and citrus oil, chocolate nuts, and leathery oak.
