Kings County Empire Rye Cask Strength
This is a cask-strength edition of Empire Rye straight whiskey from Brooklyn's Kings County distillery. Made from a mash bill of 80% New York-grown Danko rye and 20% English barley and matured for at least three years in charred oak barrels before bottling at cask strength. It's a robust, characterful sipper with generous layers of maple syrup, baking spice, and peppery, herbaceous rye.
