The 2021 Fèis Ìle release from Kilchoman is made from Optic and Publican barley sourced from a single farm. The whisky is a vatting of eight different casks, made up of two oloroso sherry butts and six bourbon barrels. This Islay single malt Scotch has been bottled at a hefty cask strength of 56.3%, with 2,832 bottles available.
