Kilchoman 100% Islay - Fèis Ìle 2017 70cl Whisky

A proper festival release and a textbook example of Kilchoman’s farm distillery philosophy in action. Bottled exclusively for Fèis Ìle 2017, this 100% Islay expression is a vatting of bourbon barrel #324 from 2008 and oloroso sherry butt #433 from 2009. Every part of the process, from barley to bottle, happened on Islay at Kilchoman itself. Bottled at a cask strength of 58% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
