Kilchoman released this single malt to celebrate Fèis Ìle 2023. It's a marriage of three casks, an 11-year-old oloroso sherry butt and a pair of 10-year-old bourbon barrels, filled with whisky distilled from Publican barley grown in Kilchoman's own fields in 2011 and 2012, making it 100% Islay from grain to glass. Cask strength, non chill-filtered, and without added colour.
