I only drink Irish whiskey. That being said there is not much of a selection here in Portland. This might be the worst Irish whiskey I have ever tried. Leaves you with a bit of a hang over if not careful, which is unlike most Irish whiskey.I like Powers, Michael Collins, Jameson, but my favorite is Tyrconnell.
Tried a bottle bought at a duty-free shop. For the price, it is a good bargain: smooth just like traditional Irish, notes of sugar, grapes and nuts with a little pepper/spice. Would not mind buying this again.
A good all rounder especially when my local liquor store sells it for $16.99.

MoM review spot on, but add nuts and caramel to palate. Incredible value for money.
