Thinkers Dew Of B’dolah Bourbon 70cl Whiskey

This is Thinkers Distillery's first-ever bourbon, a single barrel, un-filtered expression that was distilled in the US and then shipped to Israel for further maturation. Dew Of B’Dolch (a Kabbalistic term that describes the state of a perfect harmonious balance) whiskey was produced from a kosher wheated mash bill by the Thinkers team, who then sent 140 barrels that had rested for four months across the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea to Haifa. It aged at sea for six months on the slow voyage before it was then left to age in the open air for another three and a half years before it was bottled.
