A limited edition St. Patrick's bottling from Kentucky Owl of its excellent bourbon, created as a collaboration between master blender John Rhea and J.J. Corry founder Louise McGuane. With a high rye content, and a helping of wheat in there too, this is certainly an impressive expression from Kentucky Owl, honouring the long-standing connection between American and Irish whiskey producers.
