Kentucky Owl St. Patrick's Day Limited Edition
A limited edition St. Patrick's bottling from Kentucky Owl of its excellent bourbon, created as a collaboration between master blender John Rhea and J.J. Corry founder Louise McGuane. With a high rye content, and a helping of wheat in there too, this is certainly an impressive expression from Kentucky Owl, honouring the long-standing connection between American and Irish whiskey producers.

Nose
Toffee apple, toasted oak, caramelised nuts, and buttered corn.
Palate
Milk chocolate, more cask char, orange oil, white pepper, and brioche.
Finish
Caramel, mint leaf, honeycomb, dry oak.
