A 70cl bottling of the excellent Willet's Pot Still Reserve - not only is it a cracking small batch Kentucky bourbon, but it comes in bottles shaped like a pot still, which we love.
Dense brown sugar at first, with lemon and orange peels giving it a light fruitiness.
Warming pepper and clove. Buttery corn, with a little caramel later on.
Still rich in toffee. Some touches of floral oak.

A really nice sipping bourbon, if you've tried Blanton's then you will love this. I like to mix it 50/50 with water and add ice.
