Hailing from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, this single malt joins the Elevenses collection from indie bottler Keeble Cask Company. The whisky spent 13 years maturing, including a finish in a Madeira cask, bringing layers of candy shop sweetness and zesty citrus to the nutty malt at its heart.
Apple pastries, fruit sweeties, and zesty sherbet, with notes of chocolate, red fruits, and a touch of pine.
Salted lemons, vibrant grapefruit, and softer notes of honeyed stone fruit, with earthy tea and molasses beneath.
Sultanas, salty nuts, ginger, and clove.
