Whiskies from the sadly-closed Karuizawa distillery in Japan are rare, collectible and highly-sought after by whisky aficionados - and this one is very much worth paying attention to. It's a 33 year old single malt from Karuizawa, distilled in 1981, aged in a Sherry cask and bottled in 2014 by Number One Drinks Company after being specially selected by La Maison du Whisky.
Please note: This bottle does have a very slight crack in the wax, but the whisky within will be unaffected.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
