Drawn from the final years of production at the legendary Japanese distillery, this 1999-2000 Karuizawa single malt was bottled in 2015 at full cask strength (59.5% ABV). Sourced from the same parcel of casks as the revered Asama series, it captures the last echoes of Karuizawa’s rich, sherried style before the stills fell silent forever.
