This single malt from Kanosuke Distillery was distilled in 2018 and spent time finishing in a cask that previously held hoppy IPA beer, bringing intriguing floral and citrus notes to the Japanese whisky. This release was initially bottled for the Modern Malt Whisky Market in 2021, non-chill filtered and at cask strength.
