Description

This eight year old Japanese whisky joins the collection from Kaiyo, and started off its maturation in highly prized Japanese mizunara oak, before finishing up in a selection of rum barrels!

Nose

Aromatic with notes of vanilla cream, butterscotch, fragrant spices and honey roasted nuts.

Palate

Delicate tropical notes of honeyed melon, citrus zest, and boozy raisins alongside vanilla fudge and rooibos tea.

Finish

Dried orange, floral honey, oaken vanilla, creamy lemon posset.
