Joining Jura's Cask Editions series, the island distillery looked towards more tropical climes when seeking the right vessels for this single malt. Caribbean rum casks were selected to finish the whisky in, imparting gloriously tropical notes of fruit and spice to the comforting malt at its core.
Toasted oak, coconut flakes, and candied nuts open the way for peaches, and sweet clementine.

Quite nice. I my humble opinion it is a slightly sweet at the start going quickly spicy then a slight sweetness again. It is a whisky worth trying and would have on the Whisky shelf for sharing. Not 5 star because for me it is an occasional choice not morish. But still nice.
