Journey is the entry level expression from the Isle of Jura range (which was relaunched in mid-2018). It was aged exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV. A tasty introduction to Jura's single malts.
Melted butter, sugared almond, a very light hint of smoke.
Honeyed-drenched pear, toffee and pencil shavings.
Oily walnut and light apricot sweetness.

For me not really got enough going on very plain no kick no depth of flavour , definitely let down the Jura 10 is better ,this one is like whiskey for wimps , got this reduced to 22pound ok for that price but definitely not the 35full price
Fruity and smooth. Could be slightly lower in price but still one of the smoothest I have had. Can taste slightly soapy
Expected more, nowhere as nice as the Superstition
Awful. This has absolutely nothing going for it. Nasty, cheap and rough. Jura need to watch they don't damage their reputation with one.
A delicious whisky, first sip full of complex fruit flavours, with a long, smooth finish. Slightly smoky but not overpowered by this. All in all a great drink! Would definitely buy again.
