Jura Boutique Barrels 1993 Sherry JI Cask Finish
A sherry-matured single malt from Jura's Boutique Barrels range. It was distilled in 1993 and initially matured in American white oak, before transferring to Oloroso Pasada Sherry Butts, sourced from Gonzalez Byass in Spain. Delicious!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich, spicy nose with hints of coffee, toffee apples and ginger.
Palate
Gingerbread and citrus, hints of freshly brewed black coffee, marzipan and pepper.
Finish
Malty finish with sweet, juicy sherry and cracked black pepper.
Overall
A superbly sherried, intense dram from Jura!
