Jura 21 Year Old 1998 (cask 13518) - Xtra Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
This tasty Highlander began its life at the Jura distillery back in April 1998. It was then left to mature in a refill barrel, where it stayed for over two decades. When the single malt turned 21 years old, it was bottled at cask strength by Douglas Laing in August 2019. 251 bottles were released at 52.6% ABV for the Xtra Old Particular series.

Palate
Barley biscuits, cold custard and vanilla pod, with treacle, banana and tangy passion fruit.
Finish
Spicy oak and sweet, oily malt, with lasting nectarine sweetness.
