Jura 15 Year Old Sherry Cask 70cl Whisky

Jura 15 Sherry Cask shows there’s more to Jura’s Sherry Cask range than changing the number on the bottle. Each edition has its own bourbon-cask recipe, with less first-fill wood used as the whiskies get older. This 15-year-old single malt spends its initial maturation in bourbon barrels before moving into 500-litre Manzanilla sherry butts. Bottled at 46% ABV, naturally coloured and non-chill filtered, it’s a Jura with plenty to interest the sherry-curious.
