This 2011 vintage single malt from Jura joins Hunter Laing's independent First Editions collection. The whisky spent 13 years maturing in a single sherry hogshead until bottling at cask strength in 2025. A release of 274 bottles, layered with sweet spice, citrus zest, and dried herbs.

Nose
Sea spray, a touch of bonfire smoke, and salted caramel.
Palate
Zesty grapefruit and lemon peel, with dried herbs and sweet spices beneath.
Finish
A crack of pepper, cinnamon, and marmalade.
