Jura 12 Year Old Sherry Cask 70cl Whisky

The Spanish have a word for staying at the table long after the plates have gone: sobremesa. Jura has made a whisky with that very agreeable habit in mind. Its 12 Year Old Sherry Cask layers sherry-cask richness over the distillery’s fruity spirit, bringing together prune, caramelised walnut and dried citrus. Bourbon barrels come first, followed by American and European oak oloroso hogsheads. Natural colour, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. The washing-up can wait.
