A 27-year-old Canadian powerhouse from J.P. Wiser’s – one of the oldest whisky producers still going in North America. This cask strength expression showcases rye and corn whiskies aged in a mix of bourbon, new American oak, Port, wine, and refill Canadian whisky casks. The result? A layered, spicy, fruit-laced dram that wears its age and ABV with real confidence.

Nose
Fragrant and elegant, with vanilla cream, cherry Danish, and tropical fruit salad, then the cinnamon kicks in.
Palate
Raw rye spice and pepper, then orange peel, bitter rowan berries, and charred oak. Rich, oily, and moreish once it settles.
Finish
Long and warming with orange zest and white pepper.
