These limited edition bottles of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve look like they've been handled by King Midas himself! Who knew he worked in Johnnie Walker's bottling department? The Gold Label Reserve is a brilliant blended whisky, which includes single malt whisky from the Clynelish distillery.
All signs point to no age statement on this whisky, much like the original Gold Label Reserve. The Platinum Label took over from the Gold Label 18, meaning that the Gold Label Reserve (and this limited edition bottling) are both no age statement whiskies. --The Chaps at Master of Malt

I've never tried a better blend than this. As a bartender of considerable experience, I have tried a huge number of whiskies, both single malt and blended and, I have to say, I LOVE this stuff. I know it's not the most refined and complex drink in the world but, if you want to sit down with a few mates, with some bottles of beer and a glass of whisky - this is the one for you. Flavoursome enough to hold its own against a beer chaser, smooth enough to make quaffing it a pleasure. Delicious.
