Imagine a new tomorrow, 200 years from now... That's exactly what the Johnnie Walker Blue Label - Cities of the Future series does! The collection features a total of 10 different label designs produced in collaboration with digital artist Luke Hall, each depicting utopian futuristic scenes of some of the most iconic cities on planet Earth. Remember though, we're 200 imaginary years in the future here, so of course there's a city on Mars too, as celebrated in this limited edition.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fragrant with good body. Notes of oak, crisp spice, dried fruit, pastries. Berry fruits, aniseed, hints of cedar, a touch of spice, and citrus.
Palate
Supple and balanced. Good toffee and hints of very wistful smoke. Chocolate, hints of grass, and a good hit of malt.
Finish
Floral, oaky, good length, urged on by a plume of very well-kept, highland-style smoke. Dried fruit, spice, honey.
Overall
One of the ultimate premium blends, Blue Label is a legend in its own right and will continue to be.
