Nose Apples and cinnamon snaps, shortly followed by a trio of tasty baked goods - hot cross buns, malt loaf and banana bread. A slight hint of anise develops later on.
Palate Fresh ginger, bonfire smoke and burnt caramel as it opens up. Raisins, ground clove and brown sugar begin to dominate the palate soon after.
Finish Toffee apples and advent calendar chocolate, with a sprinkle of white pepper and a subtle touch of red chilli.
Overall Paul John's Indian single malt impresses once again!
