Bourbon
It's one of our very own Single Cask Series bottlings! This one is a Paul John 6 year old Indian single malt whisky, matured in a first fill bourbon barrel from October 2009 to May 2016. We bottled this whisky at cask strength, without any chill-filtration or additional colouring whatsoever.
White chocolate mice and blondies supported by corn syrup with hints of blackcurrant, florals and greener nettle-like notes.
More tuck shop notes of Jelly Tots, pear drops, some brown sugar and creamy candy skulls with strawberry centres.
Medium and slightly drying with raspberry ripple ice cream.
A massive brown-sugar punch in the face with a glove made from gingerbread.
