
Single malt Scotch whisky from an island distillery, bottled by John Crabbie & Co. after 25 years of maturation in a single sherry cask. It was distilled back in 1994, on an island, but no hints as to which island specifically are given. Mysterious. What we do know is that 247 bottles were produced and that it's bloomin' lovely whisky.
Brandy butter and fruitcake, with a hint of menthol sneaking through.
Soft on the palate, with sultana, chocolate mousse and malt loaf. A slow build of clove and caraway warmth.
Tiffin, chocolate peanuts and some fresh mango fruitiness.
