Nose

Pink grapefruit and a sea breeze, with burnt caramel and a wisp of smoke.

Palate

Charred citrus, salted dark chocolate and savoury peat smoke.

Finish

Pain au chocolat and a flinty note, wrapped up with an aromatic smokiness.
