Description

This limited edition single malt is the work of Crabbie, and the peated whisky spent its 15 years of ageing in sherry casks! The exact distillery that the whisky hails from is a mystery, though we do know that it's in the Highlands, so that may help you narrow it down somewhat...

Pink grapefruit and a sea breeze, with burnt caramel and a wisp of smoke.

Palate

Charred citrus, salted dark chocolate and savoury peat smoke.

Finish

Pain au chocolat and a flinty note, wrapped up with an aromatic smokiness.
