Taking inspiration from the tranquillity of the Emerald Isle, J.J. Corry The Sonas is named after the Gaelic word for 'Happiness'. The whiskey itself is a blend of particularly creamy Irish single malt and brilliantly buttery Irish single grain, brought down from cask strength to a more approachable 50% ABV. Nose
Grilled fruit, caramelised pecans, Custard Cream biscuits and fresh cantaloupe.
Palate
Honey drizzled on blueberry pancakes, stem ginger, apricot flesh and a touch of sweetened green tea earthiness.
