J.J. Corry The Flintlock - Batch 3
J.J. Corry is back with another bang-on brilliant whiskey from its Flintlock series! The third release is a 15 year old Irish single malt whiskey, which was originally aged in bourbon casks, before being married in a Moscatel sherry cask. Richly fruity, with loads of flavour to discover – really impressive stuff from the team in Ireland!

Nose
Fresh florals, marzipan, grapefruit zest, white chocolate, anise, a touch of milky coffee.
Palate
Lemon cheesecake with a few blueberries and raspberries thrown in for good measure, plus layers of toffee and mint.
Finish
Cinnamon and ginger last.
