A four year old Tennessee bourbon whiskey here from the James Cree's range, which has been made with a mash bill featuring 84% corn, and has gone through a charcoal filtration process. Nose

Honeycomb, buttered corn on the cob, toffee.

Palate

Big helpings of vanilla custard and runny caramel, backed up by toasted oak spiciness.

Average.

Pretty average, smooth enough but a bit bland, almost thin tasting. Wouldn't bother again but definitely had worse.
