A late-2015 release from the Jack Ryan Beggars Bush Irish whiskey range - and this one's a limited edition bottling, too! It's a 15 year old Irish single malt, drawn from a bourbon cask and bottled at 57.5% ABV.

Nose
Full-bodied fruit notes complimented by vanilla-rich oak.
Palate
Spicier than the nose might let on, with robust cinnamon rolling in.
Finish
Medium length. The vanilla picks up again here, sweeter than before.
