Well well, would you look at this – the wonderful Jack Daniel's folks have bottled up a spectacular Single Barrel Select release exclusively for Master of Malt! Glorious Tennessee whiskey, matured in just one barrel, bottled up at 45% ABV. Properly delicious stuff, packed full of flavour. Perfect for sipping neat, and should be incredible for giving your cocktails an upgrade, too...
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Treacle tart and runny caramel, with balancing hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, plus a solid core of oak.
Palate
Cinder toffee, cedar, buttered toast, cracked black pepper, dried cherry.
Finish
Brandy snaps and custard creams, with some fruity esters lingering.
