In 2021, Jack Daniel’s released its first age-stated product in over 100 years with a limited-edition 10-year-old bottling. Batch #2 followed in 2023 and the brand described it as ageing “in the Buzzard’s Roost of our barrelhouse”, also revealing it relocated barrels to the lower floors during the maturation process to invite the impact of Tennessee’s highly variable weather. It was bottled at 48.5% ABV and had a total outturn of 18,000 bottles.
