Description

A quarter of a century in oak and a rather impressive award to show for it. Isle of Skye 25 Year Old was named Best Blended Scotch at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and there's plenty to get acquainted with here: orchard fruit, vanilla, warming ginger and a delicate thread of peat smoke. A richly flavoured, mature blend from Ian Macleod.

Nose

Oak and ginger, softened by vanilla, with red apple and bright citrus.

Palate

Rounded malt and orchard fruit, with more apple and a gentle wisp of peat smoke.

Finish

Long and balanced, turning dry as apricot notes linger.
