Isle of Raasay Distillery Special Release
An Isle of Raasay Distillery Special Release here, matured in the brand's rye whisky casks and then finished in a combo of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks. It was bottled at 52% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring.

Nose
Sherried fruit, baking spice, toasted almonds, and marmalade.
Palate
Raisins, pepper, lemon peel, caramel, and woody spices.
Finish
Honeyed nuts and sweet fruit.
