    Nose

Sponge cake with thick layers vanilla cream and strawberry jam, a whisper of citrus peels.

Runny caramel and honey, with a touch of dark chocolate. Vanilla.

    Finish

Lasting peppery oak and orchard fruit.

    Delicious

Delicious, smooth whisky. Taste of toffee, caramel. Bit of smoke on the end. Lingering sweetness and honey. Did not expect it to be so smooth given the high alcohol content.
