A splendid single grain from Invergordon, distilled in 1987 and matured for 34 years in a single first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead. It was bottled at cask strength 57.2% ABV by The Red Cask Company in 2023, independently releasing a total of 155 bottles.
Dark chocolate with raspberry filling, oily nuts, and earthy vanilla.
Christmas cake spice, coffee, ganache, toffee apples, and gingerbread.
Maple syrup and sweet spice
Absolutely excellent, luckily ? I bought 2, please give it time in the Glass and then just enjoy and savour it
