A splendid single grain from Invergordon, distilled in 1987 and matured for 34 years in a single first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead. It was bottled at cask strength 57.2% ABV by The Red Cask Company in 2023, independently releasing a total of 155 bottles.
Dark chocolate with raspberry filling, oily nuts, and earthy vanilla.
Christmas cake spice, coffee, ganache, toffee apples, and gingerbread.
