From Hunter Laing's The Sovereign series comes a 31 year old Invergordon single grain, matured in a refill hogshead from March 1988 to September 2019. After its rest, it was bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 399 bottles.
Golden Grahams with milk, flaky pastry and a bit of bubblegum.
Brazil nuts, more honey, clean citrus and green tea.
Brown sugar, cherry Bakewell and candied ginger.
