A limited edition 31 year old Invergordon, distilled all the way back in 1987! The Highland single grain was matured in a single American oak hogshead, until it was bottled in 2018 by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited series. A limited outturn of 237 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Milk chocolate, creamy vanilla and fresh orange, fragrant barley and sweet caramel.

Palate

Toffee and more milk chocolate alongside juicy apricots and fresh apples, followed by red berries and vanilla

Finish

Long, warm and slightly spicy on the finish.
